What we do
We supply, install, configure, integrate, test and repair requested assistive technology within a written scope. Examples include alternative keyboards, switches, trackballs and computer access interfaces; approved communication/AAC devices and disability-specific software; vision-access software and equipment; and adaptive gaming interfaces/controllers. We can assist in the home and remotely where suitable. A qualified clinician or the relevant care team determines clinical needs where required; Smith IT provides technical supply and fitting only.
Who we work with
We work with NDIS plan-managed and self-managed participants (as an unregistered provider; not NDIA-managed funding); DVA clients for approved non-contracted RAP equipment after any required prior approval; registered Support at Home providers engaging us as their third-party technology supplier; and OTs, speech pathologists, support coordinators and care managers referring defined work.

2.
We quote the defined supply and fitting.
3.
Once the quote and payer or payment terms are agreed, we order and schedule.
4.
We install, test and hand over, then invoice under the applicable arrangement.
Before you get in touch
